Puzzle #919: Times Zone

Posted April 3, 2019

Times Zone is a new hybrid puzzle type I came up with that fuses bits of latin squares, slitherlink-style fences, and Cross the Streams. Using the clues provided, the goal is to solve the grid as a latin square and construct a loop around some of the digits, forming the titular 'Times Zone'. Detailed instructions and example included!

Whoops! The top right puzzle has a column labeled with “5 ? ?” that should just be “5 ?”. Will fix later today!

And the sample puzzle has 3 10 10 * where it should be 3 10 8 * if I understand the description

Nope, the sample puzzle is correct. The group with 1, 2, and 5 is inside the shades loop so it uses multiplication rather than addition.
