Happy Black-Out Friday! Instead of partaking in Black Friday shopping, here are a set of puzzles involving blacking out squares for your puzzling enjoyment. This year, I'm joined by dohz, InvalidD, Jamie Hargrove, Menderbug, noneuclidean, Rever, ScopingLandscape, Seren, Walker, yyao, and Zimodo, all of whom contributed excellent puzzles for the occasion.

I thought not at first, but when I figured out how the ? clues function, it made it uniquely solvable. If you have a solution that the online checker doesn't agree with, or a picture of your progress, feel free to email it to me or share it on Discord and we can review it.

Hey sorry, I'm not sure this is the right place to ask, but I'm horribly stuck on the "final answer" part of the Diagramless Minis (I'm not very good at the answer extraction part of Puzzle Hunt-esque puzzles). I've solved all the grids themselves, but I think I've pretty much completely exhausted every idea I've had for what to do after that. Might I ask for a (vague) hint to point me in the right direction?
