Puzzle #951: Line of Sight Slitherlink

Posted August 2, 2022

I recently came up with this idea for slitherlink where the clues had an added constraint related to the length of fence segments. I'm told this is similar to a puzzle type called line of sight and opted to name it as such. For each clue, in addition to slitherlink rules, one or more of the surrounding pieces of fence must be part of a straight the exact length of that clue's number.

Those were great! Great mashup style.

Took a while to get the hang of using the extra constraint... Still not convinced I got the first right as there was one spot that had two options.
