December 3 means the third Advent Calendar piece. This time I've included a small bonus Area 51 puzzle with a numerical twist. I call it "Round Trip".

I think the '1000' clue should be '999'... :-)

It certainly has to be something that's 0 mod 9, that's for sure, without even doing any solving...

Wow, with the help of my solving buddy Trisana, we got 37 segments drawn in here! (Well, including one segment drawin into an adjacent day). Almost all of the path in this region! And shaded (outside/inside) all but one of the squares in this region, and quite a few squares in adjacent regions too -- 13 total, I think!

Still got nothin' on day 2.

It might be too spoilerish to say exactly where was the coolest logic, but the inside/outside constraints for the corral clues and the cactus combined perfectly with all the other information to make a fantastically fun solve. Really amazing for such a small region!

You did most of the work, though, Josh. I just pointed out a 0 you forgot to copy and had one other (small) insight.

Yes, the corral clues and cactus combining was really awesome logic! I hope other days work out to be this much fun or more! The way it all worked together to give us so much to build off of in that region was brilliant, and a ton of fun!

I'm at work and unable to check or reupload, but based on several comments by email, comments here, and Twitter, I'm guessing that probably should be a 999 sum instead of 1000. I'll confirm and reupload with a fix when I get home in a few hours.
