Fill the grids with zeroes, twos, and fives to make the sums given, and keep the shapes filled with copies of the same digit.

Seems fine to me, even looking at the original in my notebook. Can you send me what you've got so I can take a look and see if there's a problem somewhere else in the puzzle?
