Nevermind, found the glitch in my reasoning. -__- I'm a fool. That second line doesn't have to attend the 2, my bad.

Running into a problem at the bottom, the fourth closed bullet point at the bottom line of the second, adn the 0/2 4/3 squares above it. The bulletpoint goes up, the one NW from it has to go up 2 as well, , but then the result is that the 2 near the 0 won't fit. Will continue the puzzle while assuming it's either a 1 or a 3, see what I end up with.
