That does unfortunately appear to be the case. I don't have the original at hand, but changing the top left corner from a 2 to a 1 should yield an acceptable solution. I'll upload a fixed version ASAP.

Is there an error in the top puzzle? I've attempted it several times and keep running into contradictions in the top left corner.
