Well, Downtown could use any of these:

• A city park with a lemonade stand.
• A billboard for a cigar shop.
• A car wash.
• A fire station.
• A subway station or two.

Well, Pirate Cove could use any of these:

• A pirate ship docked near shore.
• A river/stream that goes inland.
• A beach house and lifeguard station.
