I'm missing something obvious. Does a bridge connect two numbers, or can it stop at a point between two numbers? Can it run off the edge?

Hey Bill,

A bridge should either connect two numbers or connect 1 number and run off the edge of the map. Bridges cannot stop at a point between two numbers or turn 90 degrees midway.

In other words, every non-numbered intersection should contain either a vertical bridge or a horizontal bridge.

An earlier flip-flop bridges puzzle contains a sample solution. Just click the "flipflop" tag to find it.

I hope that helps!
